Stadium Policy

▪  Strictly no food and drinks allowed inside the stadium; this includes bottled water.

▪  No smoking is allowed within the venue.

▪  Strictly no umbrellas allowed within the stadium; please bring a raincoat instead.

Concert Policy

▪  No cameras and video cameras will be allowed. Photography and videography of the concert is not permitted at all times.

▪  No admission for infants in arms and child aged 6 years and below. Children below the age of 12 are also    not allowed in the XZone categories

▪  No backstage access is allowed at all times.

GD Concert merchandise

Collection of merchandise from pre-sale at ticket launch

▪  Collection point: Merchandise booth located at Carpark B (between VIP and Ramp 6 entrances)

▪  Collection time: 11am – 6pm on concert day only

   *Please note that there is no collection after concert day, 22 June 2013

▪  Please ensure you bring along a form of identification and your order slip for merchandise purchased at the ticket launch

  *Do note that merchandise cannot be collected without the order slip

Collection of merchandise from online sale

▪  Collection point: Merchandise booth located at Carpark B (between VIP and Ramp 6 entrances)

▪  Collection time: 11am – 6pm on concert day only

    *Please note that there is no collection after concert day, 22 June 2013

▪   Please bring along the PAYPAL and RITS confirmation letter;

    * Do note that merchandise cannot be collected without either letter

Purchase of merchandise on concert day

▪   Purchase point: Merchandise booth located at Carpark B (between VIP and Ramp 6 entrances)

▪   Opening hours: 11am till late on concert day only

▪   Payment is by CASH only

   *Do note that sale of stocks is subject to availability

Collection of Autographed Posters for VIP Ticket Holders

▪   Due to safely concerns, collection of autographed posters will take place from 10pm onwards at the RITS booth (located next to the merchandise booth)

▪   Ticket holders will have to present their VIP ticket stub to receive the poster

▪   Each VIP ticket is entitled to one autographed poster only

Ticketcharge collection booth:

For patrons who have purchased tickets via Ticketcharge and have opted to collect tickets at the door; please proceed to Ramp 6 (Red Gate) Entrance for your collection. Collection is from 2 - 9pm.

RedTix Collection booth:

For patrons who have purchased tickets via Redtix and have opted to collect tickets at the door; please proceed to Ramp 6 (Red Gate) Entrance for your collection. Collection is from 2 - 9pm.

Ticket Purchase

Members of the public who wish to purchase tickets on concert day may do so from 2 – 9pm at the Redtix or Ticketcharge booths located at Ramp 6 (Red Gate) Entrance.

Other information

▪   Concert ticket holders will be able to enter the concert venue from 5.30pm onwards

▪   Overnight queuing is not encouraged for safety reasons

▪   The concert is a rain or shine event. Please come prepared with your own raincoat, ponchos or hats
